Commercial terms for operating Salestify.

1. Service scope

Salestify provides a hosted workspace for managing WhatsApp conversations, AI-assisted replies, bookings, analytics, and payment workflows. Availability may depend on third-party providers configured by the customer.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful use of the platform, message consent, business content, connected third-party accounts, team-member access, and any downstream actions taken from generated replies or automations.

3. Billing and access

Paid features, usage limits, and workspace access may be governed by a subscription or order form. Failure to maintain payment or abusive use may result in feature restrictions or suspension.

4. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to bypass platform security, quotas, or provider restrictions.

5. Warranty and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI output, payment links, and workflow actions require customer review for suitability. Liability limitations, indemnities, and jurisdiction-specific clauses should be finalized before commercial launch.
