Data deletion

Public instructions for requesting deletion of user data.

This page is intended to serve as the public user data deletion instructions URL for Salestify, including Meta app settings where a public deletion instructions URL is required.

Who should use this

Workspace users, connected-app users, and individuals whose data is processed through a business using Salestify.

Response window

Verified requests are generally processed within 30 days, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law.

Identity check

We may request enough detail to verify that the requester is authorized to ask for deletion.

1. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request using one of the public contact methods below. If you are a customer messaging a business through WhatsApp, contact that business first because it controls the customer relationship and may be the primary data controller.

2. Information to include

Include enough information for us to locate the relevant records without asking for unnecessary personal data.

  • Your full name and preferred contact email.
  • The business or workspace name involved in the request.
  • Any phone number, WhatsApp identifier, or email address associated with the data.
  • If the request relates to a Meta-connected app, include the app-scoped user ID or enough detail for us to locate the record.

3. What we will delete

Subject to legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations, we will delete or anonymize data that we control and no longer need to retain.

  • Account profile, connected workspace records, and stored support context that we control.
  • Conversation records, booking data, payment references, knowledge files, and configuration data that are no longer required for active service or legal retention.
  • Provider tokens or integration records associated with a closed or removed connection, subject to security and audit obligations.

4. What this does not delete

Deleting data from Salestify does not automatically delete information stored by Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, Stripe, or other third-party providers. Those systems have their own retention and deletion workflows.

5. Meta-connected data

If your request relates to a Meta-connected login or app authorization, you can also remove the app connection from your Meta account settings. That disconnects future access, but it does not replace a deletion request for records already stored by Salestify or the business using it.

6. Confirmation

Once we verify and complete the request, we will send a confirmation through the same contact channel used for the request unless law or security policy prevents it.
